Freedom of Conscience and Religion, Foundation for the Perspective of Regulating a „Right of the Soul”, which has as its Objective Sustainable Peace.
The article proposed by me offers a perspective on the point of identification of a deep connection between the vision of regulating a right of the soul and freedom of conscience and religion, as a possible point of intersection towards reforming this freedom, without denying the potential for the development of a self-standing right, a right of the soul, outlined based on its own principles of functioning. Moreover, the vision of a right of the soul is also shared and promoted at the international level, especially by the French doctrine, transposed at the national level in a unique manner and approach by our author and researcher Cristina Elena Popa Tache, whose works are recognized worldwide and which opens new horizons of analysis and research, being a perspective that is embraced by many researchers in the field and that I also wish to address in this article.
