Pluralism and Intrinsic University Values in the Context of Cultural Ethics.
This article advocates for pluralism and intrinsic university values shaped by contemporary educational cultures and the ever-evolving modern academic ethics. The research explores aspects related to the organization of values and university ethics within a Romanian higher education institution. The statistical analysis, both parametric and non-parametric, highlights the significance of organizational culture in countering the effects of entropic phenomena. The findings underscore the importance of contextual university factors, the existing sources of information within the organization and its adjacent environment, as well as the educational values deemed relevant in contemporary culture.
